Just enter the Invoice Number (starting with INV-) you received by email from PayPal:

Where can I find the invoice number?

It's starting with INV- (i.e. INV-A1B2C3D4E5F62132) - 20 characters long.
It's below of order details in the PayPal email.
It's not the transaction code in top of PayPal email!

Is there another way to get the unlock key?

Yes, normally you also receive the key directly after payment by email.
